Ingredients

2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

1/4 ounce rich simple syrup

1 orange twist, for garnish

Directions

In a mixing glass, stir together two ounces of bourbon, whiskey or rye, rich simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube, and garnish with an orange peel and/or a maraschino cherry, if desired.

Directions

Fill a pint glass with ice. Add rye, vermouth, and bitters and stir well.

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

¾ ounce simple syrup (or pure maple syrup)

Directions

Add the bourbon whiskey, lemon juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with a handful of ice and shake until very cold.

Strain the drink into a lowball or Old Fashioned glass. Serve with ice, an orange peel and a cocktail cherry.

2 ounces Jamaican overproof white rum

2 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed

2 ounces pineapple juice

1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 ounce strawberry syrup*

Directions

Add the rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and strawberry syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple slice.

Ingredients

2 ounces light rum

1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut

1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice

1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

Garnish: pineapple wedge

Directions

Add the rum, cream of coconut and pineapple and lime juices to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.

Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass over pebble ice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.

2 ounces Goslings Black Seal rum

1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

Ginger beer, to top (about 5 ounces)

Garnish: lime wheel

Directions

Add rum and lime juice to a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with the ginger beer.

1 1/2 ounces tequila

1/2 ounce triple sec

1 ounce  orange juice

1/2 ounce sour mix

Directions

Rim a tall glass with salt by running a lime wedge around rim and then dipping it into a shallow dish of salt.

1/4 to /2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, to taste

4 ounces grapefruit soda

Gather the ingredients.

Directions

If desired, rim a collins glass with salt. Begin by wetting the rim with a lime wedge, then roll it in a small dish of salt.

1/2 ounce white crème de cacao liqueur

In a cocktail shaker, pour the tequila, blue curaçao, crème de cacao, and cream. Fill with ice.

Shake well.

Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

Garnish with a cherry. Serve and enjoy.

2 ounces vodka

½ ounce lime juice

4 ounces ginger beer.

Directions

Pour 2 ounces vodka and ½ ounce lime juice into a copper mug.

Add 4 ounces ginger beer.

Garnish. Add ice cubes, and garnish with lime wedges or a sprig of mint. It’s that simple!

1 ounce* vodka or citron vodka**

1 ounce 100% cranberry juice (not sweetened!)

½ ounce Cointreau

½ ounce lemon juice

1 lime wedge

1 teaspoon simple syrup

For the garnish: lime wheel (optional)

Directions

Place the vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a martini glass.

Squeeze with the lime wedge and serve, garnished with a lime wheel if desired. 

Ingredients

2 ounces vodka

1 ounce coffee liqueur like Kahlua

1 ounce heavy cream

Directions

Add the vodka and and coffee liqueur to a glass. 

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour in 1 ounce of heavy cream.

Stir gently to get the swirl effect.
